Accessing Full-Text ELR
For NCPEA Members and Individual paid subscribers, the ELR is username and password protected. Our Library Subscribers have full access via their IP addresses. PDF Attachment below.
Though Abstracts (and Archived Issues) are Open Education Resources and available in full-text, the Current Issue is only available via username (email address) and password. Library subscribers have access via their IP addresses. If password is unknown or forgotten, follow these simple steps:
1. From the LogIn screen on the right of this page, click on Forgot Your Password?
2. You will be asked to submit YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, but be aware this is only for "registered" members and subscribers.
3. You will then be asked to create your PASSWORD.
4. If you get a message that you are not registered (and you are a member or subsciber), please email: tcreigh@vt.edu or bbizzell@radford.edu
5. If you want to submit a "new" registration, contact: jberry@emich.edu">jberry@emich.edu
Now, when you Log/In you will see the PDF attachment to the October 2012 ELR Issue below (if the PDF is not visable, you did not successfully log in).
